Your photos are predictable. Your insights are recycled. You don’t bring surprise with you when you come back from working on location.That’s why people are ignoring you.
It’s harsh, but something that I need to re-read fairly often. You don’t get better by thinking how far you’ve come, you get better by seeing how far you have to go.
